Your call time is 10.30am please ensure that you are ready to start when called.

Outside Liverpool Area Performing Arts Schools
Your call time is 12.30pm please ensure that you are ready to start when called.

On arrival, meet up with your group so you can be signed in together. You must wear appropriate clothing for your rehearsals, DO NOT wear your costumes. Refreshments are not supplied so please make sure you have all the necessary provisions to see you through your rehearsal. Once you have been told you are finished you are free to go but must return back in the building by 5.30pm.

All matrons and CRB chaperones must remain with their groups at all times. No child must leave the building at the end of the show until they have been handed over to their parents. Please follow the signs on arrival to see where you will be sitting.

Professional Artistes
You will be able to do a sound check and tech run from 5pm. Please contact Jenny or Sharon on if you have any further requirements before the day.

There is parking at the front of the building. For those with equipment to bring in please use the stage doors at the back.
